Monica tweeted her fans and explained the situation (Read from bottom up)
I wasn't really feeling Kim's verse connection with the song. To me, it was hardcore Kim which is great, but it didn't fit the feel of the song anyway. No diss. I do want her to make a comeback though, and compete with Nicki Minaj in female hip-hop. You know, since now a days people just giving Nicki awards, with her competing against irrelevant rappers *cough BET.* Monica, Kim, and Missy Elliot who worked on the track, are fighting to get the Biggie Estate to let them use Kim's verse. We'll see how that goes. The original version is below...though I don't know how long it will be up as copyright claims are being brought up on YouTube, and the original is being taken down slowly but surely.
PEACE.
