Moments ago, Rihanna dropped her video for newest single, "Where Have You Been," featured on her latest album, Talk That Talk. Gotta admit, when I first bought the CD and listened to this track, I wasn't in love with it at first, but I definitely love it now! This video makes the song all the better!

This visual was great! The outfits were hot, the setting was exotic, and the dancing was amazing! Haven't seen Rihanna dance in a while now...she pulled it off pretty well. I guarantee that you'll hear this in the clubs for Summer 2012! Wonder if it will go to #1?

Check out the video for "Where Have You Been" below!

Brandy and Monica have officially dropped their video for their collaboration "It All Belongs To Me!" Can I say again how much I LOVE THEM! Brandy and Monica are two of the best vocalists in the game, and to see them working together again is great! I love the song, and the video definitely went along with the message of the song! And the pair looked AMAZING!

The duet, produced by Rico Love, will appear on Monica’s seventh album New Life coming out April 10, and Brandy’s RCA/Chameleon debut Two Eleven, coming this June.

Check out the vid for "It All Belongs To Me" after the jump!

Again, I LOVE THEM!

Jennifer Hudson and Ne-Yo dorpped their video for their new song "Think Like A Man," which has been on repeat in my iTunes for about a couple of weeks now! The collaboration also features Rick Ross, and serves the theme song for the upcoming movie Think Like A Man. TLAM is based off of Steve Harvey's hit book, Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man, which gave great relationship advice for women from a man's perspective. I encourage you all to get that book.

The movie definitely has a lot of star power, starring Michael Ealy, Regina Hall, Gabrielle Union, Taraji P. Henson, Kevin Hart, Meagan Good, and Terrence J! TLAM hit theaters April 20! Check out the trailer for the movie and J. Hud and Ne-Yo's video for "Think Like A Man" below!

J. Hud looks incredible as always! I see her trying to get her little dancing in! The video was great. Ne-Yo and Jennifer's voices are awesome together, and Rick Ross adds in that Maybach swag. Kevin Hart definitely adds in some comedy too! I'm excited to see this movie for sure!

Doesn't seem to matter that she just had Blue Ivy almost two months ago! Beyoncé is still on the move! House of Deréon, the fashion label Bey and Mama Tina Knowles released together, has just launched its Spring Summer 2012 campaign! In a photo shot photographer Tony Duran, Bey looks amazing  wearing a stud-covered khaki bodice from the collection. The new collection will offer a variety of dresses "from short and feminine frocks to floaty maxis," according to Grazia Daily. Definitely a lot of light colors, and cute details too, perfect for the spring and summer! Check out the video lookbook below!

As odd and misplaced it may be on this post, I have to start by saying how AMAZING was Whitney Houston's homegoing service yesterday?! It was oh so beautiful and touching! Beyond sad and heartbroken to lose Whitney, but that homegoing service was beyond incredible! RIP Whitney, you will forever be missed!

Wale dropped his video for "Slight Work" featuring Big Sean exclusively on MTV about an hour ago. The video was directed by Chris Brown, and featured very creative rooms and hot styling. Yall know I'm a sucker for Wale BIG TIME, so, of course, I freaked out! The video was just a fun one, and the artwork throughout was interesting to see! Check out "Slight Work" below! Oh, and by the way, Wale's "Sabotage" feat. Lloyd is the next single! Video coming soon!!!!

Dropping his new video for "Turn Up The Music," Chris definitely danced up a storm in this one! Then again, when doesn't he? The song is the first single from Chris' upcoming album, Fortune, which he'll drop on March 16!

RUMOR: How crazy is it going to be if he's really on Rihanna's "Birthday Cake"?!!!!!!!! Ri Ri did say that the collab will "shock the world." Hmmmmm....

JAY-Z & KANYE WEST

Jay and 'Ye dropped their video for "Ni**as in Paris" today. The video features them at one of the concerts for Watch The Throne! Features a lot of sound effects, flashing lights, and a crazy live audience! Not the video I expected, but I love this song! The performance was hot! Check out the video below!

What do you think of the video?

After getting slapped with a lawsuit from reporting that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' wedding was a publicity stunt, Kim's ex-publicist Jonathan Jaxson has spoken out on his website. He now says that it was simply his opinion, and that it was based on what he's done with her "in the past." He said that media outlets came to him, and ask him to speak about Kim and Kris. Sigh.

"Two weeks prior to her wedding she knew it was not something she wanted to do," he said in an interview on Good Day LA in November. "Unfortunately they were obligated to honour contracts [with the E! network which had TV rights] otherwise they would have owed a lot of people a lot of money." He also was quoted as saying that she was still in love with Reggie Bush at the time of the wedding.

(UPDATE: Jaxson found this post somehow, and tweeted me saying that he didn't say that she was in love with Reggie, and that his words were twisted).

Check out his response video below!

He also says that the lawsuit which TMZ was reported was for $200,000 is false and that the suit is being settled in arbitration. It's all a big jumbled mess.

I'm not the biggest Kim Kardashian fan, but I can't with this guy either. He's apparently struggling to take care of his handicapped brother and family, working on a medium income. He talks about how he attempted suicide from this, which is sad to hear. However, I have to say he brought this upon himself by opening his mouth in the first place to the different media outlets. And your opinion sir, especially in a matter that was as big as this, is not TRUTH. You had to know as a PR person yourself how people would construe your words, even if they were opinion. According to him, he never made any profit from the interviews he did. Right. So you mean to tell me, you put out business about KIM FREAKING KARDASHIAN, right around the time her divorce news was all over the media, and you got no money from it? That's believable. I'm sorry that you attempted suicide, but what did you expect would happen when you go up against the Kardashians? Really.

Who do you believe?

Today, singer Olivia (also star of VH1's Love & Hip Hop) dropped her official video for her song "Walk Away." The video featured WPGC's own (a hit station around the DMV area) Herkules, who is GORGEOUS. However, the video sheds light on domestic abuse, with Herkules as the villain.

I'm not a huge fan of Olivia's. In fact, she has a LOT more work to do before she is anywhere near this "high level" of stardom that she proclaims to be at in her career. However, this video is a definite step in the right direction. It's a touching song, with a great video concept. So clap, clap bravo for her! Check out the video below!

What do you think of the vid? And can anyone tell me of Olivia's current label situation? Or is Rich still fronting the bill?

"It's a mystery how no one's figured you out."

I don't profess to be the biggest Dawn Richard fan, but the girl is very talented! Check out the video for her newest single, "S.M.F.U. (Save Me From You)" below!

\

"S.M.F.U." is the first single from Dawn's upcoming album Goldenheart, which will be the first in a trilogy of albums that Dawn has planned for release. The song itself has a cool concept of a man being a superhero, but coming to his girl's rescue last.

Dawn has always been great at songwriting and singing ballads, so I'm glad that she's branching beyond Diddy-Dirty Money, and doing her solo thing (which I thought she would be doing all along, but....well, yeah). I'll definitely support her when the album comes out! (Via Necole Bitchie)
The cast of 'Jersey Shore'
Tonight is the premiere of what could possibly be the final season of MTV's Jersey Shore (at least with the original cast). You already know that I'm excited! Prepping for my recaps!

Pauly D, Vinny, Ronnie and J Woww talk to the Hollywood Reporter about what it was like heading back to the Shore after Italy, and what fans can expect from this season. Check out the video below!

The cast were definitely missing their Jersey luxuries over in Italia, especially the good old GTL (gym, tan, laundry)! Though there will be a bit of drama, the cast has said that this season is going to be a "lighter season", with Pauly even saying that this is his personal best season yet. I'm definitely going to be watching for the first Jerzday of 2012!

The premiere airs tonight at 10 p.m. ET only on MTV.

Better late than never, right? Today, Wale dropped his official video for "Ambitious Girl," which was on his 2010 mixtape More About Nothing. Mr. Folarin followed up the track with a Part 2 featuring J. Holiday, which can be heard on his latest mixtape, The Eleven One Eleven Theory. The video is the original spoken word, though. Of course, you know I had to post! Being a part of Team AmbitiousGirls and all! Check the video below!

The video was rather simple, but shared the story of many true ambitious girls, especially at college. Late nights, early mornings, doing what we have to do to make it through school and work. That's true ambition.

This....is why I love him. He's a lyricist, a messenger-poet. And he gave us Ambitious Girls our anthem finally :-)

What did yall think of the video?

I had to pause EVERYTHING because I was sooooo late on this video. Well just an hour, but for a Wale fanatic, I should've been on it! Anyway, Wale has released his official video for "Lotus Flower Bomb," featuring Miguel. "Lotus" serves the first official single from Wale's sophomore Ambition, and the video features Bre from Season 5 of America's Next Top Model (the last full season I watched). Check the official video below!

The visual is a play off of 1993's hit movie Poetic Justice, starring Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur. If you have no idea what I speak of, take some time and YouTube the movie. You can literally sit down and watch the entire thing. I definitely loved it. But then again, I'm already biased haha. But this really was a good visual!

Oh, and can I talk about how jealous I was of Bre in this video????!!! Cuz that steamy scene in the bathroom?! Whooooo....lawd. Ok, Wale might not be seen as a huge sex symbol like LL Cool J, or nothing, but that man is cute!

Frank Ocean was filmed singing Beyoncé's "I Miss You," from her album 4, at a concert in New Orleans this weekend. Frank actually wrote this song for Bey, using the beat from Lil Wayne's song "Let The Beat Build." I was just singing this all day yesterday! It's a beautiful song, and I love Frank's voice to death! Check out the video below! [Via Necole Bitchie]

The always amazing Beyoncé dropped her video for "Party" last night. I was going to watch it on 106 & Park, and post it last night, but honestly, I was so tired yesterday, I completely forgot. My roommate reminded me right as I was going to sleep. I think I'll take another moment to say, "I'm SOOOOO over school!" Shoutout to my college students, and fellow seniors in the Class of 2012. We're gonna make it yall!

Anywho, the video was really cool. It was shot in a trailer park, with Bey all glammed up with friends partying it up, having a good time. J. Cole looked great too. There were even cameos from Bey's little sister Solange and Kelly Rowland. Check out the video after the jump!

Loved the video, and love the song! Two mini gripes though. One--where was Andre 3000? I know that this was the remix to "Party," and I love and respect J. Cole (obviously, else I wouldn't have went to his concert last week). But I would have loved to see Andre! I'm not sure if something was going on with his schedule or something, but the original song features him, and that's who I really wanted to see.

Also, this video should have dropped a LONG time ago. This video was shooting in the summertime, around the time that 4 actually came out. And it looks like it's a summer video. Problem is, we are now in fall. And though I hit my dougie to this song every time I hear it, and will party all year round, the video was not fitting for the season. It did cheer me up a little on this gloomy, rainy day in Baltimore, though.

What did yall think of the video?

Monica Until Its Gone coverh New Video: Monica Until Its Gone
Yesterday, Monica premiered her second single, "Until It's Gone," on 106 & Park. Directed by Diane Martel, the video focuses on on-screen couple Malinda Williams and Brian White. Their argument during a car ride in a storm leads to a crash, with Malinda's life in the balance. The different family members come together in a hospital waiting room, while Monica, as Malinda's big sister, singing the song's lyrics to Brian, whose shady ways are to blame for the situation in the first place. Check the moving video after the jump!

One of Monica's best! I almost cried watching this! It just goes to show you that you should appreciate what and WHO you have while you have them, because when they're gone, they're gone. That's the whole point of the song. And I feel like even though this song is in terms of romantic relationships, it also speaks to appreciating people in general.

Monica's new CD, New Life, is set for release December 13. (Via Necole Bitchie)

I'm a few hours late on this post. I was at J. Cole's concert at Baltimore Soundstage tonight (footage will be up tomorrow,) but I still had to post this video because I LOVE posting about Wale. Simply because I love him. Check out his video for "Bait" featuring go go band TCB below!

Oh and by the way, guess who's headed to Silver Spring, MD to see him Saturday?????!!!!! VIP this time too! So I get to meet him...and tell him how great he is...and tell him how he doesn't know it yet, but we're getting married one day haha. Seriously, my life is grand :-)

rihanna we found love

Rihanna gets hot and steamy in her new video for "We Found Love," which features the "Chris Brown lookalike" Dudley O’ Shaughnessy as her leading man. Besides the blonde hair, I really don't see him looking anything like Chris by the way. Anyways, the couple goes through the ups and downs of love in the video. Even though the song is pretty upbeat, the video is a dark look at love and substance abuse. Check it out below!

Beyoncé has finally released her video for "Love on Top!" I love it! All it features is her performing with background singers in a studio, but she looks absolutely amazing. The outfits are incredible! It looks like it was shot before she was pregnant, or only a month or two in, but she has this great glow still. My only gripe is that she cut the whole second verse of the song, which shortens the video to about 3 1/2 minutes, but other than that, I loved it!

Check out the latest video from Bey for "Love on Top" below!

Whooooo Kelly! You better work in this video!!! The official video for "Lay It On Me" featuring Big Sean was officially released today, after all of this waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Kelly looked really good, and so did those background dancers haha! So shoutout to Kelly for FINALLY coming out with this video! Definitely a good one. Check out the video below!
