Or at least the D-League was. This week, the Delaware 87ers, the Philadelphia 76ers' developmental squad, extended a tryout invitation to B. All he has to do is show up at the New Castle Police Athletic League facility on September 19, where he'll compete alongside other hoops hopefuls for a spot on the team.
