Power fans have gotten a sneak peak at what's to come for season 3!
Starz premiered the new trailer for the show's upcoming season, and it is INTENSE. For those of us who watch, we know that the main character, Ghost (Omari Hardwick), is attempting to stay out of the drug game now. “This club, this life — this is who I am now,” Ghost, who owns a nightclub, says. It's not that easy, though, with the number of people that are rising up against him--Ghost's enemy Kanan (50 Cent), his former right hand Tommy (Joseph Sikora), and maybe even his soon-to-be ex-wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton). Who knows what's going to happen!

INTENSE! My thoughts? I'm pretty sure that someone WILL die this season, but it probably won't be Ghost. Excited to see what's going to go down! The show has moved from Saturdays to Sundays now, with season 3 premiering on July 17 at 9 pm ET only on Starz!
We've gotten a sneak peek at Mariah Carey's upcoming docuseries Mariah's World! In the trailer for the 8-part series, which will air on E!, the singer is seen prepping for her Sweet Sweet Fantasy European tour as well as planning her upcoming wedding to fiancé James Packer. This is definitely a first for the singer, so I'm sure Mariah's lambs and other fans will be watching!

Walt Disney Studios has released the first official trailer for Queen of Katwe, starring Lupita Nyong'o and David Oyelowo!
The film's plot focuses on the inspiring, true story of Phiona Mutesi, played by newcomer Madina Nalwanga. Living in the slums of Katwe in Kampala, Uganda, the 10-year-old girl sells corn on the streets, but soon has a life-altering encounter with Robert Katende (played by David). David's character is a soccer player-turned-missionary who teaches the local children chess in hopes of giving them confidence and life skills.
Phiona soons proves herself to be an amazing chess player, going on to play in various competitions, as her community and mother Harriet (played by Lupita) rally behind her! Leaping over barriers, Phiona goes on to play in the Olympiad, competing against top chess players across the globe -- many of them adults.

This week on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Jimmy Kimmel and the folks at Marvel teased us with our first look at Benedict Cumberbatch in his new lead role in upcoming film Doctor Strange, a mystical superhero from the Marvel catalog!
Doctor Strange's original plot is about Stephen Vincent Strange, a neurosurgeon who becomes charged with being the Earth's newest protector against all things mystical.
Variety mentioned that "Tilda Swinton will play Strange’s mentor, the Ancient One, with Chiwetel Ejiofor appearing as Baron Mordo, who studies magic under the Ancient One in the comic-books before becoming Doctor Strange’s nemesis."

The official trailer has dropped for Alice Through the Looking Glass!
The film is the highly anticipated sequel to Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland (2010). For this sequel, Tim serves as producer, while James Bobin takes the reins as director. The majority of the original cast has returned as well including Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska and Helena Bonham Carter and the voices Stephen Fry, Alan Rickman and Michael Sheen. We also see Sacha Baron Cohen, new to the franchise, playing the part of half-human, half-clock Time.
Alice Kingsleigh (Mia Wasikowska) has spent the past few years following in her father’s footsteps and sailing the high seas. Upon her return to London, she comes across a magical looking glass and returns to the fantastical realm of Underland and her friends the White Rabbit (Michael Sheen), Absolem (Alan Rickman), the Cheshire Cat (Stephen Fry) and the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp), who is not himself. The Hatter has lost his Muchness, so Mirana (Anne Hathaway) sends Alice on a quest to borrow the Chronosphere, a metallic globe inside the chamber of the Grand Clock which powers all time. Returning to the past, she comes across friends – and enemies – at different points in their lives, and embarks on a perilous race to save the Hatter before time runs out.

Kerry Washington is hitting the screen again, and she won't be playing Olivia Pope! The Scandal star will be featured in HBO's upcoming film, Confirmation!
According to PEOPLE, this film is about the 1991 sexual harassment scandal that took place in Washington, D.C. Kerry plays Anita Hill, a university professor who accused Supreme Co
urt nominee Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment.
In the trailer below, Hill, after deciding to come forward, faces extreme backlash from the media and elected officials, who wonder why it took her so long to break her silence and if she's really telling the truth. The film also stars Wendell Pierce as Thomas, alongside Erika Christensen, Jennifer Hudson, Greg Kinnear, Jeffrey Wright, Bill Irwin, and Eric Stonestreet in supporting roles.

The official trailer for Fuller House has been released!
The Full House reboot, which premieres February 26 on Netflix, includes catchphrases from the original show, such as “Hola Tannerinos,” “Have mercy!” “Cut. It. Out” and “How rude!” as well as guest appearances from Danny (Bob Saget), Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) and Uncle Joey (Dave Coulier) and Aunt Becky (Lori Loughlin). Filled with the same craziness and love as the original, the cast hasn't lost their chemistry or jokes. "My moves are all that and a bag of chips. Talk to the hand, loser. Oh, snap! You go, girl. I think I just did,” Kimmy says in the tailer after Stephanie tells her she’s stuck in the ’90s.
Andrea Barber, Jodi Sweetin, and Candace Cameron Bure appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and said that “the door is open” for a guest appearance from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (Michelle), who unfortunately aren’t returning for the new series. Candace, who plays DJ, stated, “We make reference to them on the show though so they are not forgotten. We talk about them."
Creator Jeff Franklin said last month that he was hopeful for the Olsen twins' return in future seasons.“I tried. We all tried to persuade them to come and play. They decided not to at this time,” he said. “We’re hopeful at some point in the future, they may change their minds and reprise Michelle. We only need one of them!”

It's going down on this next season of House of Cards!
Netflix has released the first official trailer of the fourth season of the political drama, which shows an odd dynamic: President Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) and first lady Claire (Robin Wright) against each other! “I saw a future. Our future.” says Claire, who announced she was going to leave Frank in the season 3 finale. “We had a future until you started destroying it,” Frank angrily states.
According to Entertainment Weekly, this new season will feature the Underwoods working towards their own individual success and power, with all the drama and schemes throughout! The trailer also gives us a peek at new cast members including Ellen Burstyn, Joel Kinnaman, and Neve Campbell.

The Preachers franchise has expanded and finally reached Atlanta, Georgia. Preachers of Atlanta will be airing on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 on Oxygen at 8:00 p.m. EST/9 p.m. CST. The show has not aired and is getting a lot of attention already. The official trailer has been released by the network for viewers!
Pastor Le' Andria Johnson states in the trailer, "I take it to the streets. I pass out cigarettes, and condoms, I do all of that, but at the end of the day, when God tells me to do something, I do it." Pastor Johnson along with the other Pastors on the show take a different approach to preaching and reaching out to the youth and congregation. Pastor Canton Jones raps about God to get his youth to listen. Pastor Kimberly Jones-Pothier says, "I preach in tutus and my heels because I preach better when I'm me."
There is no question about it that the show brings tons of diversity. Unlike the other "Preachers" franchises, Preachers of Atlanta offers a young and upbeat group who face real-world problems in their communities and congregation. These pastors aren't afraid to push boundaries and go the extra mile to make a difference. Make sure to watch the Preachers of Atlanta take on the streets!

Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are back for Zoolander 2! According to Polygon, 14 years after the original film, supermodels Derek Zoolander and Hansel McDonald are trying to fit into today's fashion world. They are then contracted by a secret organization run by Penelope Cruz to infiltrate and destroy a group that's slowly killing off all the "beautiful people" in the world, including Justin Bieber.

Now here is a a sequel I'm really excited for! An announcement of a sequel to the hit movie, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, was recently announced, and now we have the official trailer!
Picking up from the original film, there has a decent gap between the ending of that first film until now, and we see that the Portokalos family is just as crazy as ever! Toula and Ian’s daughter, Paris, is now getting ready to leave for college (hoping to get away from her overbearing Greek family for a while). Gus and Maria also discover that the priest who officiated their wedding forgot to sign the paperwork! Needless to say, this is going to be a funny, feel good movie!

MTV's hit competition series, The Challenge, is coming back for its 27th season this winter, and, by the looks of this new trailer, it's going to be some serious family drama!
According to Us Weekly, on this upcoming season, titled Battle of the Bloodlines, 14 MTV reality stars will compete with their family members for a shot at $350,000! “This season is going to be unlike anything we’ve done before - we’ve paired you up with your family,” host T.J. Lavin reveals in the video.

I'm trying to cut back on my reality TV addiction (and I have a lot!), but I'm a sucker for this show! The drama is always too good to miss, but it also shows just how difficult relationships and marriage can be. I KNEW that Hank and Kendra would make their way on this show! With everything that's happened with them, it's no surprise at all. I'm hoping that they especially will be able to work things out.

Nicki Minaj is set to release a new documentary to give her Barbz and other viewers a real look at her life again, and we have a trailer!
The documentary, My Time Again, set to air on MTV in a few weeks, gives us a behind the scenes look at who Nicki is and what she deals with in her superstardom. In the short clip, we see Nicki's performance at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards (and the disastrous rehearsal where one of her dancers was bit by a snake), as well as her preparation for her most recent album, The Pinkprint.

Fox has officially released a promo for Glee's upcoming sixth and final season!
In the short trailer, Rachel and Kurt return to McKinley High to reinstate the Glee Club, which will bring them head to head with Sue Sylvester. There's also a run in with the Dalton Academy Warblers, and Rachel sings everyone's favorite song, "Let It Go!" (*Sarcasm* It's a good song, but it's time to let it go!). I'm not exactly all that happy that Rachel and Kurt are back in Ohio, since they should be making their dreams come true in New York. However, as a true Gleek, I'll be watching!
The final season of Glee returns Friday, January 9 with a two-hour premiere beginning at 8 p.m. ET. You know it's the end most times when your show is on a Friday...

I was checking tweets while the Grammys were on commercial break, when I heard an eerie voice sing "I know you...I walked with you once upon a dream..."Sleeping Beauty, which is where the song is originally from, is one of my favorite Disney movies, so my head immediately popped up. That's when I saw the official trailer for Maleficent, the live-action remake of the film, which stars Angelina Jolie as the evil sorceress! I saw a poster for the film a few months ago, but hadn't really heard anything else about it.
The trailer features Angelina in full costume as Maleficent, horns and all, with big battle scenes and shots of the infamous spinning wheel that puts Aurora (played by Elle Fanning) in a deep sleep. Maleficent will be released in theaters this May, and tells the classic fairytale from Maleficent's point of view, explaining why she cursed Princess Aurora in the first place. "You know the tale...Now find out the truth," the trailer teases.

The Bling Ring is set to open the Un Certain Regard section of the 2013 Cannes Film Festival next month and will be hitting theaters on June 14! I’m excited to see this one! I’ve seen the Lifetime movie version, and it’s a pretty good plot. I think this one will definitely be better, though. Plus, I love Emma Watson! Be sure to check it out this summer!
