Last night's episode of The Challenge: Rivals 3  had way too much going on! Picking up from last week, Simone reveals is in serious pain literally from her raw butthole from grinding on that bar of soap at the last challenge! She decides to go to the doctor, and Thomas encourages her, though he knows her butt better not be the reason he goes home! Meanwhile, Wes talks to Nicole about Nate, who she's a little smitten with. Wes decides to get involved, telling Nate to go ask Nicole out. Nate talks to her and they decide to have a little date! So high school, but still kind of cute. Later, Simone comes home and her butthole is fine. She has a bunch of medications to take but she'll be all right, so she and Thomas get to stay. Can you imagine if you went home over your butt?! Embarrassing.




That night, as T.J. promised, there really is a house party for the cast, and MTV went all out! They have a bartender, DJ, lights and an official dance floor! That's where Nate and Nicole have their little date, and they talk and flirt. Meanwhile, the guys believe that the night will not pass without any drama from the girls, and even take bets on who will be involved! Bananas think it's going to be either Camila, Nany, or Nicole...and it turns out it's all three of them!

In the very next scene, Nicole tells Nany that Camila told people that Nicole and Nany aren't to be trusted. And the drama begins! Apparently, Nany and Camila had a pact to stick by each other's sides, so this information turns things left REAL quick! Nany goes on Camila about it, which leads to Camila confronting Nicole. Of course, the guys follow and watch around the corner! It's a huge argument, as Camila denies the allegations and yells at Nicole. Nany gets back involved since Nicole is her cousin, and it's all just a huge mess when everyone is supposed to be partying.  Nicole doesn't really like Camila from last season of The Challenge anyway, and it turns out that all of this was all hear say! Kelly Anne gets involved, explaining that Camila said to newbies not to trust everyone in the house, but never mentioned Nany or Nicole's names. Tony tries to calm Camila down, but she is angry, which is understandable, and even considers going home.

After the drama calms down, the house continues to party and even swing at a pinata, which is funny to watch since everyone is drunk! However, more issues arise when the AYTO kids start talking. A lot of them believe that Nate and Christina has an alliance with the Real World, referring to when Vince and Jenna saved them from going into The Jungle. Though Christina tries to explain to everyone, nobody gets it. Briana is especially upset, deciding that Nate and Christina aren't her true friends and that she wants to go home. Little do ANY of them know that the only reason they were saved is because they are a weaker team! Brandon tries to get Briana back on track, even though he's homesick himself and misses his girlfriend. They decide to take the night to think about whether or not they will stay.

Later that night, even more drama! What is going on?! Amanda and Tony argue over which is better, Real World or AYTO (which we all know the answer to) But it's 3:45 IN THE MORNING at this point! All of y'all need to take your butts to BED. Of course, Amanda's a hothead, so she goes off, especially after Tony calls her out of her name. Camila calls her out too, saying that Amanda brings this stuff on herself by the way she acts. Which is true. Amanda came in way too strong on the very first night, and I'm ready for her to go home. So Amanda gets up like she's about to fight Camila, and I yell at my screen, "Molly, you in danger girl!" For someone who claims to be a fan of these challenges, this girl really does not know that Camila will seriously hurt her! As people try to drag them apart, Amanda gets a push in, and almost gets her ass beat. Later, though, she gets emotional as Ashley tells her that she's doing too much, and it's just going to hurt her in the long run. Now we're a 4:35 in the morning, and Tony tries to cuddle with Jessica, However, after the way he spoke to Amanda, Jessica is not feeling him and kicks him out. And FINALLY everyone goes to bed. Literally, this was about 60% of the episode...way too much for one night! 

The next day, Brandon's girlfriend calls him in the morning all emotional about him being gone, which makes him sad. Dario tells him that time apart is key, though, and that this challenge is a once- in a lifetime. He decides that he wants to go home, though he and Briana decided to take time to really think it through. At the challenge later, T.J. says that he's been hearing that somebody wants to quit, and asks Brandon straight up what's going on. Brandon still thinks it's time to leave, and T.J. tells him that he's robbing Briana of this opportunity simply because he's a baby and a quitter. It's stupid and selfish, but Brandon quits, and Briana has to go with him. Brandon, don't come back again.
Just don't. Waste of time and space in the house.

Back to the challenge! The teams play "Out on a Limb," where there's a giant structure suspended 30 feet in the air. Each team has to make it from one side to the other using swinging bars to get to landing platforms throughout the structure. The team with the slowest time will go straight to The Jungle, while the team with the fastest time will be safe and choose two other teams to go to The Jungle.

It's a really difficult challenge because you have to swing yourself to get momentum and make it from one landing platform to the next. You don't want to swing too much either, because you risk missing the platform completely and getting jerked back. Surprisingly, Ashley and Cory get pretty far, but on the last platform they lose momentum, and decide to drop since they can't make it to the last platform. Ashley falls in and hurts her arm some kind of way, too! We see other teams go, but no one really does all that great. Plus that fall from the structure is CRAZY! The episode ends on a cliffhanger, as Camila falls to the water on her heat, but can't move!

"Truth" is about being trapped in a manipulative relationship, and then finally decide to break free from it, and Jaron definitely gives his all on the track.

Power fans have gotten a sneak peak at what's to come for season 3!

Starz premiered the new trailer for the show's upcoming season, and it is INTENSE. For those of us who watch, we know that the main character, Ghost (Omari Hardwick), is attempting to stay out of the drug game now. “This club, this life — this is who I am now,” Ghost, who owns a nightclub, says. It's not that easy, though, with the number of people that are rising up against him--Ghost's enemy Kanan (50 Cent), his former right hand Tommy (Joseph Sikora), and maybe even his soon-to-be ex-wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton). Who knows what's going to happen!

INTENSE! My thoughts? I'm pretty sure that someone WILL die this season, but it probably won't be Ghost. Excited to see what's going to go down! The show has moved from Saturdays to Sundays now, with season 3 premiering on July 17 at 9 pm ET only on Starz!

Ariana Grande released her third album, Dangerous Woman, on May 20 for listeners!  I wanted to take some days to just listen before even attempting to write, to just enjoy the music.

Featuring a variety of genres on the album, from jazz to disco, to R&B and reggae, Dangerous Woman is much more reminiscent of Ariana's first album, Yours Truly, with its eclectic mix of sounds. However, with this album, she takes on a more "dangerous," mature approach, showcasing her continued growth as a singer and overall artist and proving that she's only going to keep getting better with time!

When I first heard the album in full, I said to myself that this was Ariana's Good Girl Gone Bad album, like how Rihanna switched up her image and song choices. This album truly serves as the same kind of turning point for Ariana. Long gone are the days of Cat Valentine, and we're seeing Ariana's mature and sexy side! The album has a healthy mix of upbeat and mid-tempo tracks as well as a few ballads to round it out, plus some very hot collaborations!

The entire album surrounds the theme of danger, obviously. The word itself is heard in multiple tracks as we listen through. Ariana is excited about this danger, this risk, in, in a sense, revamping herself and her career and showing that she is indeed a woman now, and doesn't care how people feel about it.  On the title track, "Dangerous Woman," Ariana boldly sings, "Don't need permission...made my decision to test my limits 'cause it's my business." She expresses the same sentiments on gospel/R&B track, "I Don't Care," refusing to let other people's opinions dictate how she lives her life!

Ariana also opens up about the new danger of being involved with a new guy, and is truly happy, as she reveals on "Let Me Love You," feat. Lil Wayne. The singer is impressed by him in literally every way, loving him and lusting after him too, as heard on sexual tracks "Everyday" feat. Future, and "Greedy," a standout funk-infused song on the album (one of my faves!). Again, she admits that she couldn't care less about what people think about her or her relationship on reggae track "Side to Side," feat. Nicki Minaj. Even though this new guy is dangerous, she knows that he has her back, and she has his. In "Sometimes," Ariana sings firmly that the thought of leaving him has never even left her mind, and that regardless of what comes their way, they will "Be Alright," as long as they stay positive.

I truly love the album as a whole, but "Into You," Ariana's latest single, is probably my favorite. It's uptempo (perfect with summer right around the corner), sexy, and flirty!  "A little bit dangerous, but baby, that's how I want it," she admits. "A little less conversation, and a little more touch my body
Cause I’m so into you, into you, into you." Ariana's really feeling this guy and wants to have a good time!


Another standout track on the album is Ariana's collaboration with Macy Gray, "Leave Me Lonely." The chilling ballad features Macy's unique vocals on the refrain, with Ariana coming to the realization that this "dangerous love" is getting to be too much, and she would rather be left alone than be heartbroken. She also admits that

Other tracks on the standard edition of the album include "Moonlight," "Bad Decisions," "Touch It," and dual-song track "Knew Better/ Forever Boy," The album ends with mid-tempo track, "Thinking Bout You," on which Ariana laments losing her ex, but still keeps him and their memorable moments on her mind, even fantasizing that he's coming back to her.

Overall, this was a great album! Ariana definitely brought her A-game, stepping up her lyrical content and vocals, She's not remaining stagnant or comfortable in her career, and that's great to see!

Today, we have pop artist Nick Deutsch! He was introduced to music at a young age through his family. His mother, who was a teaching pianist, always played on their grand piano at home, which Nick and his other siblings would dance to. “Music was really always a present art form in my life,” he stated. With that upbringing, Nick began piano lessons himself, learning classical and jazz music, but admitted that he didn’t practice much until he was a teenager. However, piano soon became his primary instrument to compose music.

His high school years, he noted, were rough, but soon found another outlet to help him through. “I withdrew into the world of songwriting as a means of self expression and have kept it as a valuable tool,” Nick said, even recording demos on cassette tapes. Nick went on to study at NYU, which allowed him to connect with various songwriters in New York, opening him up to different opportunities to expand his music career.

As a ‘90s kid, Nick was inspired by artists like NSYNC, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, No Doubt and Nirvana. “While often cheesy, there’s a huge sense of chorus and melody in that music that’s undeniable,” he said. He also likes country artists like Kacey Musgraves and Miranda Lambert, as well as different British pop artists. The singer has always had a passion for music, and honestly couldn’t see himself doing anything else. “I have such a wild horse mind and music is the one thing that centers and calms down my thoughts,” Nick admitted. “At this point, I'd be miserable doing anything else. When you can't walk away from something, it's a good sign it's meant to be.”

His latest track, “Under Your Ocean,” from his upcoming EP Heartsaver, was inspired by an unhealthy relationship where the singer admitted he felt like he was drowning. “We both naively thought "love alone" would be enough to make things work but I quickly realized it wouldn't,” Nick said, stating that the song, written and recorded with his longtime producer Joey Auch, is probably the heaviest track on the project. “I think the lyrics do a great job of revealing the confusion of being in that space,” the artist added. Heartsaver, which is expected to be released in late summer, is mostly upbeat pop, other than “Under Your Ocean.” “Every song looks at love from different angles be it friendship, infatuation, heartbreak etc.,” Nick said of the project. “Listeners can definitely expect to hear a story in every song!”

Currently, the artist is working on a few new tracks, but is primarily focused on performing and “getting Heartsaver out to the world.” As far as what makes him stand out from other artists, Nick believes it’s the fact that listeners really get his experiences from his music. “There's a lot of great songs on the radio but I often feel like the personal narrative has been left behind. The writing is often so vague and generalized that anyone can sing the song,” he stated. “Sometimes that's definitely the point, but I always want to feel like the fingerprint of the story is in the vocal. I think that people can relate to my songs but also feel like they understand me as a person without having to research.”

In the future, Nick’s biggest goal is to be able to sustain himself fully as an artist, committed to working hard towards making his career the best it can be. He would also love to write for other artists, as well as eventually grow into a position to be able to mentor others and work in music education. “There's so much misinformation out there and I'd love to be in a place where I can help people work on their craft without losing their mind,” Nick said.

The 2016 Billboard Music Awards just aired earlier tonight live from the T-Mobile Arena!

Hosted by Ludacris and Ciara, the night was filled with electrifying performances from ICON Award winner Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Rihanna, Shawn Mendes, Fifth Harmony, and more! Of course, The Weeknd was the big winner of the night, winning the most awards including Top Hot 100 Artist and Top R&B Song. Adele won her share too, including Top Artist and Top Billboard 200 Album, accepting her awards from overseas on tour (she also premiered her new music video for "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" exclusively during the show)!

A few more twists and turns on last night's episode of The Challenge: Rivals 3! Picking up from last week, the house goes out to party. Ashley, who is a drunk mess, admits to other cast members that she is feeling left out in the house, and is in her feelings. A little later, she thinks that she saw Jamie made out with Nicole, which pisses her off and she runs to the bathroom to cry. She vents to Camila and even her partner Cory goes in there to comfort her. At that point, Nicole walks in just to use the bathroom, with no idea what's going on. Both Jamie and Nicole deny kissing each other, and it's clear that Ashley is just being paranoid. I don't see her making it that far mentally in this game.


Back at the house, Ashley talks to Jamie, admitting that she feels alone in this game. They talk things out, with Jamie admitting that he cares about her. Of course, they end up in bed together at the end of the night. The next day, Simone talks trash about Ashley to Jessica while she's in the next room. Ashley calls Simone and Jessica out for talking and laughing about her, but Simone tells her honestly that maybe she shouldn't do things that people would talk about. Later, Simone tells Jamie to be careful, thinking that he likes Ashley more than she likes him, and that Ashley is just playing him to get further in the game. Interesting theory.

At the next challenge, T.J. brings out a new team to replace Leroy and Averey! He introduces Amanda and Nelson from Are You The One. Again, I don't watch the show, so I have no idea who they are, but welcome. For the challenge, the teams face off in "Dirty Laundry," which is definitely the dirtiest game that I can remember on The Challenge (though there is another one coming with them all butt naked, so there's that too)! There are four bars with giant rolls of soap on them, and, in three heats of four, each team has to literally hump the soap to break it down and reveal numbers underneath. They then have to find the four clean jerseys with those numbers, and hang them up in order. The team to hang up their jerseys in the right order the fastest will win. The teams that finish last will head to the Jungle.

Before the game starts, T.J. announces another twist! This season, instead of the winner of the previous challenge, whoever wins in The Jungle gets to make the order for the next challenge! This could definitely be a way to get revenge on other people if they sent you in. So since Jessica and Johnny won in The Jungle, they create the order,  choosing to send in the Are You The One teams in first. It's really awkward to watch honestly, because people are really going for it trying to break down this soap, humping and bouncing and all. And it's even more awkward because the teams are RIVALS, so most of them don't even like each other to be remotely that close. Plus it's wet and soapy, and keeps getting in everybody's eyes!

Though there were clear winners and losers, T.J. has a few tricks up his sleeve. He announces that he's sending Amanda and Nelson to Huatulco for the night, and they get to bring two teams with them. Since no one knows if this is a good or bad thing, no one wants any part. After some quiet convincing, Amanda and Nelson pick Bananas and Sarah, and, randomly, Thomas and Simone. T.J. also states that he's canceling the elimination and there will be a house party instead! Hmm...

That night, Amanda, Nelson and the teams they chose actually get to relax, heading to a nice dinner. While the rest of the house speculates where they are, or if they're in a secret elimination, these guys are eating and drinking, having a good ole time! At the table, they all go into their stories of how they become rivals, which, of course, gets Bananas all riled up about Sarah's "ultimate betrayal." I need him to build a bridge and get the hell over it. THIS WAS ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO.

After the dinner, Simone, who's drunk, gets all emotional talking to Wes back at the house. Wes has a girlfriend, but Simone thinks he's attractive and believes that he had a thing for her (he's complimented her a few times). However, Wes never said that he was attracted to her, so she's gets all in her feelings. I find it funny, because Simone was the main one talking down about Ashley acting crazy over a guy, and then she does the same. Meanwhile, hothead newcomer Amanda gets into it with Johnny, after he asks her what season of AYTO she was on. Knowing that he doesn't really care, she randomly goes off on him. Tony gets into it trying to defend Johnny, and then Camila steps in trying to defend Tony, who's her partner. All the while, Amanda, who's probably drunk from dinner, is just digging a hole for herself and Nelson. She sees it as defending herself and holding her ground, but she isn't making herself looks good at all. You have to play nice in this game in order to build up alliances, ESPECIALLY as a newcomer. Not sure she's going to last.

I'm interested to see what's next around the corner with this show. Seems like there's going to be a lot of intense moments and twists that nobody's expecting!

Following in the footsteps of Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, and Kendall & Kylie Jenner, Britney Spears has officially launched her own mobile game for fans!

In Britney Spears: American Dream, players create their own rising pop stars, and complete tasks to help them reach the height of success. They "record" hit singles, created cover art, battle rival singers, and perform at various venues, all in the hopes of getting to a higher level in their "careers."

The game also includes the master version of Britney's mega hit "Oops!...I Did It Again" as well as instrumentals for other songs including "Toxic," "Womanizer," "Piece of Me," "(You Drive Me) Crazy" and "…Baby One More Time."

The new game is now available for from the App Store on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and on Google Play.

I've played both Kim, and Kendall and Kylie's games, and they all look to be created by the same company. They're definitely fun, though they can be a little time consuming and addictive. I had to delete mine finally just to focus on other things! However, it's definitely a good money maker since advertising is heavy and users have the option to buy tokens, stars, etc, to help them complete tasks. I'm sure Britney's game will do well!
