Kourtney Kardashian: I'm Pregnant!
I promise I will stop all of these posts on the Kardashians, but I had to report!!! Kourtney, the oldest of the Kardashian clan, is pregnant!

According to Us Weekly, Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick are expecting their second child together. They also have an almost two-year-old son, Mason, together.

The reality star took a pregnancy test about five weeks ago -- and woke up Scott around 7.a.m. to tell him the positive results.

"Now I'm nine weeks along," Kardashian tells Us. "You're supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident."

Awww nice! Even though I feel like Kourtney and Scott need to go ahead and get married already (they've been together for a long while now), it's great that they're adding on to their family. Congrats to them and the rest of the Kardashian/Disick/Jenner family!

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé took the cover of Glamour's upcoming January 2012 issue, looking sexy in sequins! Check out the cover below!

The cover was shot before Kim decided to split from NBA husband Kris Humphries after 72 days of marriage. However, the mag definitely grilled her on the decision. Kim told Glamour,

"I think I'll always be a hopeless romantic. I believe in love and the dream of having a perfect relationship, but my idea of it has changed. I think I need to not live in a fairy tale like that. I think I maybe need to just snap out of it and be a little more realistic."

AGREED!!!! Check out more of the interview with the sisters Kardashian here!

What do you think of the cover?

Good afternoon all! I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving. I know I did! I took a mini break from blogging just to relax, but I'm back! And with a spotlight for you all!

About a few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to hear an upcoming singer by the name of MMAIO (pronounced ma-yo). Born Amanda Maiorano from Ramsey, NJ, MMAIO got started in music after she joined choir in 6th grade. She liked it so much that she started trying out for other groups. The dream of singing became real to her after she painted a memorial to singer Selena in 8th grade.  She was turned out to the audience wearing a beautiful metallic white dress, her arms up in the air with her mic in hand," MMAIO said of the mural. "I think that is when I realized, 'Could I ever do this?'" She then began participating in talent shows, as well as uploading videos to YouTube, gaining a good response from audiences.

Read more about MMAIO below!

PR company, As the Music Plays, found MMAIO on the internet, and wanted to work with her. "They approached me in a way that a PR company never did," MMAIO said of the company. "Friendly, but assertive and down to business, responsible and organized." The singer also noted that the company's great strategies and belief in their artists. "I really like the people they are and we’ve been off to a great start! It can only go up from here." she said.

In terms of projects that MMAIO has in mind for her career, she would love to do a downtempo/uptempo album. In the meantime, she is working on new material to release for her fans. The singer is working with several different producers like Juzhin, Willie Bones, and more. "It’s an exciting time. I love having the freedom to do what I want and create the way I want to create," MMAIO said.

She recently released the video for her song “About You." Set on a beautiful beach, the downtempo electro pop song is dedicated to that special one that can get you through life's problems. "["About You" is] just the idea that no matter how crazy life gets, it helps to have someone who can steer you through it, ward off the outside noise," MMAIO said of the song. "For me, it always came back to hearing about him, dreaming about him, and then singing (laughs) about him."

When asked who inspires her in her career pursuits, MMAIO said that she is inspired by many, but calls her close friends from college her lifeline. "They’ve been there from day one, and will continue to be whether I “make it” or not," she said of her friends. MMAIO also notes her manager Daniel as having a major impact in her career. "[He] is a huge driving force that always keeps me grounded and positive," she said. "His ear for music is impeccable and he is the most knowledgeable, yet humble person I’ve ever met. He is a huge part of keeping me going and inspiring me to be the best artist that I can be."

In terms of her favorite genres, she listens to a lot of electro, uptempo dance music, as well as older rock. She also love artists Ellie Goulding, Bjork, Shakira, and Portishead. Though she admits that it would be awesome to be in any of their shoes in terms of her career, MMAIO wants to reach her own level of success. "You have to set your own goals. There’s no label telling you you have to reach this amount of sales in this amount of time..or whatever. We essentially, are all our own labels," she said. "So for me, the day I reach success is the day I’m giving the world my best product and you're receiving that product with warm, open arms."

What does she think makes her different from other singers out now? MMAIO notes her hard work and dedication to her craft. "I take pride in my vocals and lyrics and I strive to create a unique and perfect feel for each song," she said. She wants to create a long-lasting sound of music that people will not "want to kick to the curb later."

Afterglow (Kosta Cross Remix) by MMAIO

Her goal is to create good and meaningful music that fans can enjoy and appreciate. "It means the world to me when ONE person listens to a song of mine and it helped them get through the day," MMAIO said of her music. "That is the ultimate goal - always has been. To unite people. I want to be one of the voices that are pure again - One that you feel comfortable going to when you’re happy, sad, excited, depressed. We’re in this together," she said.

You can catch up with MMAIO on Twitter and Facebook, as well as on her official website. You can also listen to more of her music and get weekly updates on As the Music Plays!

Fresh from the news of divorce papers headed his way from Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries has decided to sue his soon to be ex for $10 million. When I first read the headline from Hollyscoop, I thought that he was suing for the actual divorce, which would have been dumb, but that's not the case.

Kris claims that he had a larger role on the series Kourtney & Kim Take New York than he thought he would. So of course, he would like to be compensated for that role. Mostly, he thinks that he's going to be portrayed horribly in the series, because of the news of the divorce. Read more below!

“Kris has a legal team investigating his options,” a source told  Life and Style magazine, “He’s claiming his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York is bigger than he was told, and that’s why he wants more money. But Kris is also suing because he’s really worried about how badly he’s going to be portrayed on the series.”

Kris is particularly concerned with a scene where he blows up at Kim’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban, and hurls out homophobic comments. While Jonathan isn't gay, Kris apparently accuses him of being gay, and criticizes him for it.  “Kris used the word ‘gay’ as an insult, to try and hurt Jonathan,” an E! insider said. “He’s the lowest of the low bullying someone like this.”

So now he wants to sue for more money. Kris has retained lawyer Lee Hutton III, who is a sports and entertainment lawyer based out of Minneapolis. Kris insists that most of his appearances on the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim is scripted and that he’s not homophobic. “Little did Kris know that he was being set up,” said his father William, coming to his defense. “Kris got used – 100 percent used.”

Kris is obviously new to reality TV and stardom. If you said something as dramatic as this, of course E! is going to use it for the series to boost viewership. It's like people don't think before they open their mouth. I know that E! is going to use fights between Kim and Kris, but that's only to be expected. And yeah, Kris should get some money, but $10 million dollars, though? Kim herself supposedly gets about $40,000 an episode, and with probably only about 10 episodes in the series like last season, she'll only bank about $400,000. At most, she might get $1 million because of the publicity, but not $10 million! He has his nerve.  Honestly, I think Kris is obviously upset about the divorce and wants more money from Kim to try to get back at her. And to boost his own income, since he's not getting anything because of the NBA lockout!

What do you all think about Kris suing Kim?

Better late than never, right? Today, Wale dropped his official video for "Ambitious Girl," which was on his 2010 mixtape More About Nothing. Mr. Folarin followed up the track with a Part 2 featuring J. Holiday, which can be heard on his latest mixtape, The Eleven One Eleven Theory. The video is the original spoken word, though. Of course, you know I had to post! Being a part of Team AmbitiousGirls and all! Check the video below!

The video was rather simple, but shared the story of many true ambitious girls, especially at college. Late nights, early mornings, doing what we have to do to make it through school and work. That's true ambition.

This....is why I love him. He's a lyricist, a messenger-poet. And he gave us Ambitious Girls our anthem finally :-)

What did yall think of the video?

Upcoming rapper Lil Dep dropped his latest mixtape, Pink Slips, a little over a week ago, on November 8. Definitely had to share the link and a little more about the tape since I did a spotlight on him a while back!

Pink Slips is the rapper's 13th mixtape! "My inspiration was to create a mixtape behind its title "Pink Slips." If you have pink slips to an car that means you own it. Well, I'm basically saying I have the "Pink Slips" to the rap game," Lil Dep said, explaining the title.

Listen to and download Pink Slips below!

Lil Dep's favorite track on the tape is, "Let em Know." "When I wrote the song, I was being real and at the same time being a fool," the rapper said. " But what I like about it is that I rap in 1st and 2nd person on the track which is what makes the track interesting."

As of now, Lil Dep is busy doing features and booking shows, as well as contemplating a new project. However, his main focus now is promoting Pink Slips. "I put my all into this mixtape," he said. "It took me forever to drop because I was doubting myself and my music, but it's here now. My mind is on the money and [I'm] trying to get to the fame."

You can follow Lil Dep on Twitter, and check out his official website to hear more of his music!

The paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber has reportedly been dropped! According to Access Hollywood, Mariah Yeater, who claimed the 17-year-old singer fathered her 3-month-old baby, dismissed her claims last week. Yeater’s lawyers reportedly withdrew after Justin's team threatened legal action
Justin had made arrangements to take a DNA test and planned to take harsh legal action against Yeater for her claims. Justin, of course, has denied the rumors from the very beginning. He told Matt Lauer during his appearance last month on NBC’s “Today” show, “To set the record straight, none of it is true… never met the woman.”

I knew from the very beginning that this woman was mental. Or just wanted some money. Her story didn't add up to me. I know that there are singers and rappers who hook up with women after their concerts, but Justin is a kid in my eyes still. He doesn't seem like the type to do something like that. And now that the case has been dropped, it's obvious to everyone that Yeater was lying.

And besides, to be honest, the boy is dating Selena Gomez. SELENA FREAKING GOMEZ, who is incredibly gorgeous. To hook up Mariah Yeater would have been a serious downgrade!

What do you think of the lawsuit being dropped?

I had to pause EVERYTHING because I was sooooo late on this video. Well just an hour, but for a Wale fanatic, I should've been on it! Anyway, Wale has released his official video for "Lotus Flower Bomb," featuring Miguel. "Lotus" serves the first official single from Wale's sophomore Ambition, and the video features Bre from Season 5 of America's Next Top Model (the last full season I watched). Check the official video below!

The visual is a play off of 1993's hit movie Poetic Justice, starring Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur. If you have no idea what I speak of, take some time and YouTube the movie. You can literally sit down and watch the entire thing. I definitely loved it. But then again, I'm already biased haha. But this really was a good visual!

Oh, and can I talk about how jealous I was of Bre in this video????!!! Cuz that steamy scene in the bathroom?! Whooooo....lawd. Ok, Wale might not be seen as a huge sex symbol like LL Cool J, or nothing, but that man is cute!

See Kim Zolciak's Dramatic Wedding Photo!

Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kim Zolciak and her NFL player-beau Kroy Biermann were married on Friday! According to Us Weekly, Kim wore a pre-owned, handmade Baracci gown worth $58,000, accessorized with Swarovski crystals, pearls and embroidered lace. Kroy dressed sharply in a white tuxedo and black bowtie.

The wedding comes a little over a year of the couple's engagement in October 2010, and their son's birth in May. In addition to Kroy, Jr (K.J.), Kim also has two daughters -- Brielle, 14, and Ariana, 9 -- from previous relationships.

I didn't even know that Kim was getting married! I knew she was engaged, but I had no idea that she and Kroy were getting married this weekend! They are a beautiful couple. Congrats to them and their families!

I'm definitely excited for this album. It sounds hot! Especially that collab with Jay-Z! Apparently "You Da One," will be the next single. I really would love to see the title track be a single eventually, though.

Rihanna is one of few artists whose album I have actually bought since the beginning of their career. She's had a lot of highs and a few definite lows with albums, but overall, in her career, she hasn't disappointed me (though her fourth album, Rated R, was a tad bit overrated). I honestly can't believe that this is her SIXTH album. She came out only about 6 years ago, in 2005, but it seems so long ago. I feel so old (Yes, at 21 haha!).

Will you be buying Talk That Talk?

Actress and reality star Tori Spelling gave birth to her daughter, Hattie Margaret McDermott, a month ago on October 10. Us Weekly has the exclusive pics of the baby girl. She's so precious, I had to share!

Meet Tori Spelling's Daughter Hattie Margaret!

Another upclose pic with mommy and baby after the jump!

Meet Tori Spelling's Daughter Hattie Margaret!

Hattie is Tori's third child with her husband Dean McDermott. The couple are also parents to 4-year-old Liam and 3-year-old Stella. I personally think that Tori's kids are the cutest kids in Hollywood, but that's just me!

Hip hop legend Heavy D passed away today, according to VIBE Magazine. I was in class just now when I saw "RIP Heavy D" on Twitter, and I literally froze. Then I swept it under the rug, because Twitter's always killing people. The news, unfortunately, is true.

Legend Grandmaster Flash tweeted the news, while a source confirmed to VIBE that Heavy D passed away in Los Angeles due to respiratory issues. More info will be added, as soon as I find out more.

I seriously can't believe this. Not that I was the biggest fan of him that ever existed, but I knew a good amount of his music (and rocked HARD with that Candy Rain Remix by Soul 4 Real he was featured on). It's crazy, because he was just on the BET Hip Hop Awards last month, jamming and rocking it out on stage. Life is short, man. RIP Heavy! Your presence will be greatly missed!

Frank Ocean was filmed singing Beyoncé's "I Miss You," from her album 4, at a concert in New Orleans this weekend. Frank actually wrote this song for Bey, using the beat from Lil Wayne's song "Let The Beat Build." I was just singing this all day yesterday! It's a beautiful song, and I love Frank's voice to death! Check out the video below! [Via Necole Bitchie]

Conrad Murray Court Final Days 640Just moments ago, the jury on the case against Dr. Conrad Murray announced their verdict. The jury found Dr. Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of King of Pop, Michael Jackson. MJ passed away on June 25, 2009. I listened to the broadcast live online.

The judge and lawyers are figuring out sentencing dates in court now. I agree with the verdict. I don't believe that Dr. Murray had any malicious intent to kill Michael (because, honestly what sense would that have made to kill someone who was signing your check?) But tes, Dr. Murray should have been found guilty for involuntary manslaughter. In the end, he did Michael that lethal dose of Propofol. To me, this entire matter came down to ethics. Yes, Michael wanted the drug, and probably would've found somebody to give it him eventually. However, it was Dr. Murray's call whether or not he was going to be the one to give it to him. As a doctor, he had to have known that it was wrong to be giving Michael those doses in the first place, regardless of how much money he was being paid.

I hope that the Jackson family can sit well with this verdict. May Michael's soul rest in peace.

What do you think about the verdict?

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' divorce has been making headlines EVERYWHERE! Everything is being discussed from their wedding being a mere publicity stunt to Kim unfollowing Kris on Twitter (-___-). Not that divorce is anything to make light of, but this was definitely funny!!! And since the news about the divorce will be in the spotlight for a while, we might as well chuckle about it. Check out the "Kardashians" discussing Kim's divorce below!

Lady GagaDefinitely could've posted a lot more on Wale this week, but I'm going to let the charts speak for themselves on Ambition next week! Plus I know that my Twitter followers and yall reading are probably getting annoyed haha! Thanks for bearing with my addiction.

On to news. Lady Gaga has decided to launch the Born This Way Foundation, according to MTV News. The foundation is being formed to help further inspire young people across the nation. Gaga is even enlisting help from her own mom, Cynthia Germanotta.

Read more about the Foundation after the jump!

"My mother and I have initiated a passion project. We call it the Born This Way Foundation," Gaga said in a statement. "Together we hope to establish a standard of Bravery and Kindness, as well as a community worldwide that protects and nurtures others in the face of bullying and abandonment."

Named after her hit single and album, the foundation will connect with several organizations, including the John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the California Endowment and the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. Born This Way will focus on "youth empowerment and equality by addressing issues like self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development and will utilize digital mobilization as one of the means to create positive change."

Gaga has definitely stepped up and made her voice known about bullying and teen issues, after hearing about the suicide of bullied gay teen Jamey Rodemeyer. "The past days I've spent reflecting, crying, and yelling," she tweeted back in September, when news of Jamey's death hit news. "I have so much anger. It is hard to feel love when cruelty takes someone's life." She went on to post his "It Gets Better" video, urging that bullying "must become illegal. It is a hate crime."

I admire Gaga for standing up on these issues. Celebs have a lot more power than I think some of them realize, and could definitely make a powerful impact on this planet. Some already have. It's great to see Gaga joining the numbers.

What do you think of Gaga's Born This Way Foundation?

Thought you might like to know what's playing in my iTunes library right now....

Swear I have been waiting for today for the longest. Probably since Attention Deficit failed to reach the masses. Can I say again how proud I am of this man. #DMV!!!!

Go to iTunes and buy NOW!!!!!!!!!! 11.1.11 #Ambition! Rocking my Ambition tee as I blog. Life is grand.   :-)

Sad news, Wale is back home today, and will be at a local mall in Largo, MD. Unfortunately, I'm stuck up in Bmore...I guess I have class or whatever. Else I would seriously hop an Amtrak train and hit the Metro and see him, since the meet and greet at the Fillmore show was canceled. My life....oh well. Let me satisfied with my album. Greatness in my ears!
