Rihanna has officially released her music video for "Work," featuring Drake, and surprise! It's a double feature!

The singer dropped two different versions of the video in the same clip for fans. The first version of the video, which was teased last week, features Rihanna and Drake at a party dancing to the reggae track with other partygoers. The second version, which plays immediately after, is a simpler version with just Ri and Drake dancing and performing in front of the camera.

Check out both versions below!

Rihanna's highly anticipated eighth studio album, Anti, was finally released on January 28, 2015. The project was released through Westbury Road Entertainment and Roc Nation, and has already be certified platinum by the RIAA due to new rules that allow streams to be Yet, she's been reported that this album debuted at #27 on the Billboard charts. The music scene is definitely changing.

While her seventh album, Unapologetic (released in 2012), contained more dubstep and electronic sounds, this album, overall, is pretty mellow and chill in terms of actual music. Overall, Anti is clearly not a commercial album, with clear cut hits that would be typically heard on the radio. Rihanna is just doing her own thing, and loving it! Definitely wanted to sit with this album a while, and take everything in for this review!

As you go through the album, Rihanna continues to be "unapologetic," in the type of music she creates. Like I said, it's a complete 180 from her last album and a good majority of her upbeat work In fact, it sounds more like the majority of her fourth album, Rated RThe 13-track standard edition of the album begins with the SZA-assisted "Consideration," which showcases Rihanna's feelings about her music and overall life. "I got to do things my own way, darling. You should just let me...why you ain't never let me grow?" the duo sings on the mid-tempo track. "Same Ol' Mistakes" agrain stresses that Rihanna needs to fly in her music and overall career, regardless of what her fans and other critics may say.

Rihanna has had no problems opening up on her sexy side in recent years, and continues to prove that on tracks like "James Joint," "Kiss It Better," and "Yeah, I Said It." "Work" which features Drake, is very, VERY repetitive, but the beat is so good, you can't help but sing it and dance. At first, I didn't know about it as a single, but it grows on you! Though she's bold and confident on the outside, Rihanna still shows that she has her weaknesses on the inside, just like we all do.  I don't know how "Desperado" would do on the radio, but the dark, brooding track is definitely one of the best on the album. She is bold about wanting being an outlaw with her lover (while still running away from in love), but still doesn't want to truly be alone. "Woo," has the same kind of feel, where she's stuck in the middle between not really loving a guy, but still secretly desiring him late at night,

The doo-wop inspired "Love On The Brain" is easily Rihanna's strongest track on the album, vocally and musically. It's different for her, as she gives soul on the song. "No matter what I do, I’m no good without you," she belts. "And I can’t get enough... Must be love on the brain." The song was definitely something new for the singer, and I really enjoyed listening to it. The beautiful ballad "Close to You," is also another stand out track, reveals Ri's feelings about a friend she would protect and be there for until the very end. It could very well be about her friendship with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, but regardless, a very touching way

Overall, I really liked  the album! Rihanna definitely brings stronger vocals that are typically hidden behind auto tune and dance music. I think she's proven her versatility as an artist, diving into different types of music and still shining. This was a more open and vulnerable album, showcasing Rihanna's sexiness and boldness, but also her deepest feelings about her life and love. There were still some tracks that could've been cut or re-recorded like "Higher" (I know the raspy vocals were on purpose, but that was a struggle to listen to). However, Rihanna really brought it on this album!

RATING: ★★★★ 1/2 (Four and a half stars)

What did you think of Anti?

What do you think of "Work?"
Rihanna always looks sexy! One thing I have to know, how do you still look stunning with pajamas?!?! She's the only person I know that could step out with pajamas and look stunning! This image was caught while she was in the Big Apple. That's the way to do it when you're only stepping out.

Not to mention, the sheer bra and the fuzzy heels really compliment the outfit. Rihanna has won it again. You go girl!

Rihanna has officially dropped the music video for her single "B**** Better Have My Money"!

After giving fans a teaser of the video at the 2015 BET Awards on Sunday night, she released the whole video on Thursday. The video plays out like a crazy revenge fantasy and was created and directed by RiRi herself.

Check the video below!

The video was nothing less of what you would expect from Rihanna. It was also nice seeing the popular face of Mads Mikkelsen from Hannibal playing the one Rihanna was after, who some say is a reference to her old accountant that swindled her out of $9 million. But that's another story. Riri is proud of herself for this video and it's sure to get people talking.

Rihanna is certainly making a mark in the fashion industry!

According to WWD, the singer will be featured in the fourth episode of Dior’s “Secret Garden” video series. Set to be shot by Steven Klein in Versailles (!!!), the film and print campaign will run this spring! What's even greater about this announcement is that Rihanna is the first black woman to be at the forefront of the French brand!

Dior has had millions of views with the first three videos of models strutting through the Versailles grounds rocking the brand's various fashions.

Rihanna is seriously killing it! Congrats to her for snagging another lucrative fashion deal, and continuing to branch outside of music.

Shakira's collaboration with Rihanna is finally out! The upbeat track, "Can't Remember To Forget You," is a fun track that speaks on not being able to forget someone that you probably should. The good memories always have a way of creeping up on you, and making you forget all the bad in a relatio

"Working with her was utopia," Shakira said about Rihanna in a recent Glamour interview. “She’s the sexiest woman on the planet. And at the end of the day, we’re both just basically Caribbean girls. The chemistry was so good and so real. She taught me dance moves. She was a sweet teacher.”

I hope that they do a video for this one with a spicy Latin-Carribean feel! Spring isn't here just yet, but it's warming up, and I'm ready to party!

Rihanna has officially dropped her music video for pop ballad “What Now," the sixth single from her album Unapologetic. Filmed in Thailand and directed by Darren Craig, Jeff Nicholas and Jonathan Craven of The Uprising Creative, the video features a somber and hurting Rihanna singing and dancing erratically as if she were in an insane asylum. Her gothic look is definitely a flashback to her Good Girl Gone Bad days too!

Check out the video below!

Even though it may seem kind of weird, I think it was appropriate for the theme of the song. With this song, Rihanna seems to be going through a standstill, with her love life, friends, and maybe even career. Though surrounded by people, she feels alone still. She seems to be going through the motions, and can't bring herself to express the real emotions within her. This is probably one of my most favorite songs by her not only on Unapologetic, but throughout Rihanna's entire career. The melody and hook get me every time.

What did you think of the video?

"We're beautiful like diamonds in the sky."

Rihanna's anticipated video for her lead single "Diamonds" just premiered on MTV moments ago! The vid, directed by Anthony Mandler, had plenty of diamonds, of course (Ri Ri even smoked a few!). It has a lot of different scenes from Rihanna singing in the desert alongside a black stallion and its mare, running down a road like she's been chased, and ends with calamity of a war in the streets and a man on fire walking through the scene.

Check out the video after the jump!

Overall, I love the song! I think, compared to what fans and the Rihanna Navy are used to, it's very calm and mellow. Emotional and relaxing to me, with Rihanna even calling Unapologetic itself a "stoner's album" haha! Though it's not my favorite Rihanna video ("We Found Love" still takes the cake!), this video is filled with great imagery and symbols seemingly reflective of her past (MTV does a good job of breaking it down here) While I don't always connect to abstract videos like this, I respected the editing and design put into this one! It fits her!

Make sure you cop Rihanna's seventh album Unapologetic on November 19!

Is anybody really shocked? I'm know I'm not! Today Chris Brown officially announced his decision to end things with girlfriend Karrueche Tran. And, of course, it's about Rihanna!

"I have decided to be single to focus on my career," Breezy said in a statement via his label rep. "I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna." So it's clear that he ended it because he still wants to be "friends with Rihanna, and Karrueche ain't cool with that!

This is after reports that RiRi and Chris made out in a club in NYC, and after they were seen together last night at the Barclays checking out one of Jay Z's shows. "Both r Free from it all," Chris subliminally tweeted last night. Karrueche then gave a subtweet of her own. "Bye baby," she wrote referencing Nas' breakup single for his latest Life is Good LP.

In spite of the rumors, Breezy maintains that he is flying solo to focus on his career. "I'd rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives," he said in the statement regarding his breakup with Tran. As of now, Rihanna and Chris are "just friends."

FINALLY is all I can say! I knew that this breakup was going to happen. I don't think that Chris and Rihanna are just friends at all. In fact, I think that Karrueche was just Chris' piece on a mission to get over Rihanna. Of course, it didn't work. Neither Chris nor Rihana have ever really gotten over each other. It's only going to be a matter of time before Chris announces he and Rihanna are officially back together. My opinion? I think they already are. Sorry Karrueche!
Chris Brown and Rihanna apparently were spotted making out at NYC's Griffin nightclub Monday night!

The exes were "hugging and kissing," an eyewitness at the club said to Celebuzz. THEN, Chris was photographed leaving the same hotel where Rihanna was staying on Tuesday night! Coincidence? HA!

At the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards a few weeks back, Chris congratulated Rihanna on her Video of the Year win with a kiss on the lips. That, of course, did not go over well with Chris' girl Karrueche Tran! According to a source, she "totally pissed off. She felt the kiss was a public slap in the face." In fact, on that same day, Karrueche tweeted, "There's a difference between a man and a boy." She then added, "I prefer men." This just all adds to the rumors we've been hearing basically all year of Chris and Rihanna hooking up.

I've always felt that Chris has been using Karrueche to try to get over Rihanna, but to no avail. I say that he and Rihanna should just be together already, and stop playing with Karrueche's emotions. Rihanna still loves him, and Chris is clearly not over her, so just be together!!!

One of the biggest nights for MTV is the Video Music Awards, the night to honor artists with the classic Moonman in different categories!

As always, the event kicked off with the pre-show. The star-studded red carpet featured appearances from top celebs like One Direction, 2 Chainz, and The Wanted and we even got a performance  from new X-Factor judge Demi Lovato (I love her)!

Before the main event even started, three Moonmen were given out. Demi Lovato won the first official Moonman of the night for Best Video with A Message for her song "Skyscraper." DJ Calvin Harris snagged one for Best Electronic Dance Music (EDM) Video for "Feel So Close," and the ever so popular British-Irish boy band One Direction got a Moonman for Most Shareworthy Video for "What Makes You Beautiful." Between these guys and Justin Bieber, girls FALL OUT!

image?.CaptionOn the red carpet, Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose officially announced that they are indeed expecting a baby. It's something we already knew, but it's nice to have some confirmation. Congratulations to them!

Now on to the main event!!!! Rihanna opened the show with "Cockiness" before rolling into the crowd to sing and party to "We Found Love." She killed it! I wish that she had performed "Where Have You Been" instead of "Cockiness," but since that's her new single, she wanted to sing that, I guess.

PHOTOS - A closer look inside the 2012 VMAs with Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Drake, Lil' Wayne, Taylor Swift and othersMTV brought back Kevin Hart (take notes BET! Stick with what WORKS...just saying) to host the show. This crazy fool came out as the "president" of the show with little people as his security! Of course, he wouldn't be himself if he didn't crack some jokes. He proceeded to talk about the need for forgiveness on some mistakes on Drake and Chris Brown's beef (they were both present last night btw), Frank Ocean's coming out (funny but tasteful, at least to me), Snooki and Baby Lorenzo, and the HUGE elephant and the room, the Kristen Stewart and Robert Patterson cheating scandal (He had to be expecting that!). I was absolutely dying the whole night! I love Kevin as a host, and if the execs over at BET had any sense in their heads, they would bring him back next year for the BET Awards.
One Direction"What Makes You Beautiful"

Katy Perry presented Best Pop Video to One Direction for "What Makes You Beautiful." No surprise there. Pink then came out to perform her new song "Blow Me One Last Kiss." I also found out earlier that she is the newest face to grace the CoverGirl brand, in addition to Ellen DeGeneres, Sofia Vergara, Janelle Monae, and more! I love it!

Frank Ocean Takes The StageRita Ora and Demi Lovato presented Best Male Video to Chris Brown for "Turn Up The Music." Though I love Chris to death, it was kind of surprising because I always expect Justin Bieber to win just about any award he's up for, but he didn't. Congrats Chris! Zoe Saldaña presented what I thought was the best performance of the night (maybe I'm biased), Frank Ocean who sung "Thinkin Bout You." Besides some grass and fire behind him, Frank had a microphone and an acoustic guitarist to back him up and he sung the HELL out of that song, hitting that falsetto amazingly! I really love him.

Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg presented the award for Best Rap Video to Drake and Lil Wayne for "HYFR." Again, no surprise there. Figured it would be either him or Nicki. I did need Lil Wayne to quit acting like he didn't want or need to be there with those headphones on all night though! After this award, One Direction hit the stage and performed "One Thing."

PHOTOS - A closer look inside the 2012 VMAs with Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Drake, Lil' Wayne, Taylor Swift and othersThe Wanted and Rebel Wilson (who is absolutely hilarious to me!) presented the Best Female  Video to Nicki Minaj for "Starships." Now I like Nicki and 75% of her music. However, I'm going to need her to stop being so over the top every time she accepts an award! Not taking away from her win at all, but all this "I didn't--Oh my god--I can't believe--". Nicki, you know that you are the biggest female rapper out right now. Stop doing all of that, and just calmly go up to the stage to get your award!  And I'm sorry, but why is it when one person in Young Money wins an award, EVERYBODY has to come on stage?! Goodness. Afterwards, 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne performed "Yuck" and "No Worries." I'm just going to keep my mouth closed on that one. Green Day also hit the stage with "Oh Love," and I was rocking out!

The night also featured a new look at Breaking Dawn Part 2 (the end of the Twilight saga which looks mad intense!). Several members of the cast were there (including my boo Taylor Lautner), excluding Kristen Stewart for uh...obvious reasons!

Olympic execution: Gold medallist Gabby Douglas took to the stage alongside Alicia Keys last night at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles to perform Girl On FireThe award for  Best New Artist went to...One Direction for "What Makes You Beautiful." Shortly after, the Women's Gymnastics Olympic team brought out Alicia Keys to perform "Girl on Fire," with Nicki Minaj. Now I love Alicia, and I like the new song, but she was all the way OFF KEY last night! The best part of the entire performance was when Gabrielle Douglas came out to do flips across the stage with ease (the whole time I was thinking please don't fall on that slippery stage!). She KILLED it for the short seconds she was there!

The most coveted award of the night, Video of the Year, went Rihanna for "We Found Love," which was greatly deserved. It was a great visual with a deep story line. What we didn't see was Rihanna greet Chris Brown with a kiss (on the cheek or on the lips...has yet to be determined!) Now there are rumors of Karreuche and Chris being done (again, not confirmed!). If that's the case, I would honestly love to see them together. I know that people may not agree, but that love connection is definitely still there. Honestly, if that incident hadn't happened, those two would probably still be together. Maybe they could give each other a second chance.

PHOTOS - A closer look inside the 2012 VMAs with Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Drake, Lil' Wayne, Taylor Swift and othersTaylor Swift ended the show with "We Are Never Getting Back Together." I wouldn't have placed her at the very end of the show, but she did a good job! Overall, it was a great night, and I had a lot of fun watching and tweeting as always! And a big shoutout to MTV for starting the show early so people could watch President Obama's speech at the Democratic National Convention! Hopefully one day, I'll be on that red carpet (interviewing of course!). A full list of the winners and their acceptance speeches can be seen here! Congrats to all!

Chris Brown apparently got a pretty nasty cut on his chin from a bottle thrown allegedly after his entourage clashed with Drake’s friends in a club.
The NYPD confirmed to TMZ that the crews got into a fight at WIP Nightclub in NYC with 5 people being injured, one of them being Chris. The police got to the scene after getting a call between 4 and 5 a.m., but neither Chris and Drake were there when the cops showed up. No arrests were made.

Though NYPD didn’t slap on any cuffs, you know Breezy. He HAD to take to social media to talk about it. That’s what it’s for, right? After the fight, Chris shared a pic of his injury onTwitter saying, “How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol… Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!.”
The photo and the message, of course were since removed from Chris’ page. Chris is known to tweet his mishaps and adventures, and then takes it down moments later (thanks to his publicity team, I'm sure). Rumor has it that the fight was all over Rihanna, who Drake has been rumored to have hooked up with in the past. For someone who they both have supposedly gotten over (Chris has a new girlfriend now and Drake has his other side chicks), her name sure does come up a lot with the two of them! Simmer down boys.

Moments ago, Rihanna dropped her video for newest single, "Where Have You Been," featured on her latest album, Talk That Talk. Gotta admit, when I first bought the CD and listened to this track, I wasn't in love with it at first, but I definitely love it now! This video makes the song all the better!

This visual was great! The outfits were hot, the setting was exotic, and the dancing was amazing! Haven't seen Rihanna dance in a while now...she pulled it off pretty well. I guarantee that you'll hear this in the clubs for Summer 2012! Wonder if it will go to #1?

Check out the video for "Where Have You Been" below!

Moments earlier (and on Rihanna's 24th birthday no less), Rih Rih and Chris Brown released their remixes to popular songs "Birthday Cake" and "Turn Up The Music" which feature EACH OTHER! Rihanna said that we could expect a collaboration that would shock the world. I know media and naysayers across the world are on the verge of cardiac arrest! I kind of wonder how Chris' girl Karrueche feels about this too.....

I'm over their whole situation, and obviously they are too. It's been three years, and I think this was really just a bold statement saying "It's done." They both make amazing music, so let them make that amazing music together!

Check out the remixes to "Birthday Cake" and "Turn Up The Music" below!

Birthday Cake Remix!!!

Turn Up The Music Remix!!!

Both of the songs are hot! Can't wait to get these into my iPod!
Ok, so this is my first ever video review on the blog. I wanted to try something different, and if people like it, then I'll start reviewing more award and TV shows in video format. If not, I'm sticking to writing! Haha! I was definitely a little nervous, even though it was only me and my laptop (and a few people walking in and out at my job! I got bored!). Like I said, just wanted to try something new. Check out my review of the big night below!

I'll probably post some videos of the big performances later today too, when I actually have enough energy to deal with searching for them and embedding HTML codes!

Oh and by the way, look out for a song from me coming up soon "Marvin's Room Revamped." Yes, everybody and their mother has covered that song, and you can add me to the list haha! I'll tell y'all more later!

Rihanna Talk That Talk Standard Cover HQ
Rihanna has come out with a preview of her upcoming album Talk That Talk. The album hits stores at the end of the month on November 21. Talk That Talk, of course, will include Rihanna's hit single, "We Found Love," that has become her 11th #1 hit. I know some people question her talent, but it can't be denied that she is a singles queen! Check out the preview of the album below!

1. “You Da One” (produced by Dr. Luke)
2. “Where Have You Been?” (produced by Calvin Harris, written by Dr. Luke & Ester Dean)
3. “We Found Love” (produced by Calvin Harris)

7. “We All Want Love” (written by Ester Dean)
8. “Drunk On Love” (produced by Stargate, written by Ester Dean)

10. “Watch n’ Learn” (produced by Hit-Boy, written by Priscilla Renea)
11. “Farewell” (produced by Big Juice, written by Ester Dean)

I'm definitely excited for this album. It sounds hot! Especially that collab with Jay-Z! Apparently "You Da One," will be the next single. I really would love to see the title track be a single eventually, though.

Rihanna is one of few artists whose album I have actually bought since the beginning of their career. She's had a lot of highs and a few definite lows with albums, but overall, in her career, she hasn't disappointed me (though her fourth album, Rated R, was a tad bit overrated). I honestly can't believe that this is her SIXTH album. She came out only about 6 years ago, in 2005, but it seems so long ago. I feel so old (Yes, at 21 haha!).

Will you be buying Talk That Talk?

rihanna we found love

Rihanna gets hot and steamy in her new video for "We Found Love," which features the "Chris Brown lookalike" Dudley O’ Shaughnessy as her leading man. Besides the blonde hair, I really don't see him looking anything like Chris by the way. Anyways, the couple goes through the ups and downs of love in the video. Even though the song is pretty upbeat, the video is a dark look at love and substance abuse. Check it out below!

While I wouldn't classify this as a typical Marilyn look, Rihanna looks amazing! I kind of like her as a blonde. Red and brown fits her better, though. Check out a few more pics after the jump! (Via Necole Bitchie)

Rihanna Vogue

MTV premiered the official video for "Fly" by Nicki Minaj featuring Rihanna moments ago on MTV.com. It's not my favorite song off of Pink Friday, but it definitely has a good message-conquering your battles and succeeding!

Walking around a crashed airplane and debris, Nicki and Rihanna both looked amazing from the hair to the fashion! Nicki even had a fight sequence with a fierce mohawk! You know, people can say what they want, but both Nicki and Rihanna are killing right now! I loved that they both did collabs on each other's album (Nicki was on Rihanna's "Raining Men," which should actually be a single Rihanna!). "Fly" was a pretty good video...check it out below!
